A New Season — Wildlife, Faith, & Horses

Hi friend,

I’m just finishing up my Canadian wildlife series — it’s been such a joy to explore our native animals on canvas, but I’ve found myself daydreaming about what’s next.

A few weeks ago, I made the difficult decision to sell my first and only horse. Between motherhood and life, I knew it was the right choice — but letting go has stirred up a lot.

Horses have always held a sacred place in my heart, and lately I’ve been daydreaming about them more and more.

I’m also preparing to be baptized at the end of July. Faith has been at the centre of everything recently, and I feel a strong pull to create larger works that reflect this part of my journey — pieces that express what it’s been like for me growing closer to God.
